Brandon is where a big slice of our weekly schedule lands. The suburb hangs off the east end of the Selmon Expressway where SR-60 widens out past Westfield Brandon, and the housing runs the full range: 1980s ranch subdivisions off Bloomingdale, the newer two-story builds out toward Lithia, and a thick band of apartments and townhome clusters near the mall. Our trucks already know which of those gated entries off Lumsden need a gate code called in ahead, and which Brandon cul-de-sacs are too tight to back a 26-footer into without a spotter.

The Iron Man crew sees a lot of move-up jobs out here, families trading a starter ranch for something bigger a few streets over, and that usually means a packed garage, a backyard shed, a gun safe bolted in a closet, and a treadmill nobody wants to carry.
